Public tools
Answer search filters and calculator choices are processed in the browser. The public site does not require a visitor account and does not send puzzle text to a paid AI service.
Administrator authentication
The protected sync console uses Supabase Auth. Access requires a verified login plus an exact server-side user ID binding and limited permissions; an email string alone is never sufficient.
Stored operational data
Authorized imports, source-rights notes, content hashes, review actions, and sync logs are stored in Supabase. Row Level Security prevents public modification and hides administrative tables.
External links and hosting
Official game links open a separate site with its own privacy practices. Hosting and database providers may process standard security and reliability logs.
Future analytics
This policy must be updated before adding advertising analytics, tracking cookies, or new visitor submissions.
